Angie and Rick
There are so many perks to being a photographer, one of our favorites is being able to be involved in some of peoples most joyous and intimate moments. On one hand you feel like a fly on the wall but on the other hand you feel apart of the family as you capture their tears, stresses, excitement but most of all their joy. This wedding was no exception. We left this beautiful venue as "part of the family" . What great people we were able to meet and enjoy this day. Thanks for all the friendships and time we spent with your glorious families.
New look and hopefully more posts!
Well, how do you like our new blog facelift? We have realized we have been slow to post our most recent photo shoots...maybe it's because we have been so busy and editing tons of photos! We are going to try and play catch up with all of our recent shoots. Don't forget to book your holiday session now, there are not many spots left! For now we will leave you with this photo...Ms. Sophia is breathtaking, see for yourself!

And you said......It could not be done!!
So our challenge came in two parts on this Photoshoot. First, Kimberly (mom) said it could not be done to get a good picture of Brady (littlest blonde guy). At first we did not believe it and then we started to take pictures... what a great personality on this one. He was hilarious. I have some true blackmail pictures for his wedding video! The challenge was on!!! However, I think in the end we were all very pleased to get a ton of good ones of Brady. Here is one of our favorites. Second challenge was to convince Kyle (Dad) that it was time for another family picture. "We just took family pictures" he claimed! All in all we got smiles out of both the Challenges! Thanks Kyle and Kim and thanks to your beautiful family.
Seeing Through to the Soul
Sometimes while shooting pictures of a beautiful little girl l it takes some time to pull her "true look" out of her. It seems the longer the shoot goes the more comfortable the little one gets with being herself. This is when you can see her true personality or soul start to emerge through her eyes. I love holding the camera up all ready to shoot the picture and simply waiting until you can see her face soften and her eyes shine. That is when I just start snapping. This truly started to happen with these two darling sisters. We loved taking these pictures! Thanks Lauren and Hannah.
We really enjoyed taking pictures of this family right in their own beautiful backyard. We hope to see you again soon. Love you all.
